TIVA will assist with resources' tasks and make certain they are distributed and teams are informed of responsibilities.

Project Performance and Control

TIVA will work with you to establish project status and progress according to the actual plan, as resources perform the scheduled work. During this phase, if necessary we may need to adjust schedules or do what is necessary to keep the project on track.

Project Close

After project tasks are completed and your have approved the outcome, an evaluation is necessary to highlight project success and/or learn from project history.  TIVA will make certain that you have the data you need.
